At Thompson & Associates, we believe in price transparency via a flat-fee model.
Our search process for Healthcare/Health Science is as follows:
* Faculty roles our flat-fee cost is $5000 (retainer fee), and $5000 upon filling the role.
* For Program Director roles, our flat-fee cost is $7500 (retainer fee) and $7500 upon filling the role.
*For Administrator roles (Deans, VPs, Provosts), our flat-fee cost is $10000 (retainer fee), and $10000 upon filling the role.
*For Health Science Presidents, our flat-fee cost is $20,000 (retainer fee), and $20,000 upon filling the role.
